I have over 25 years of accounting and financial analysis experience that I utilize to help our clients navigate through the divorce process. Divorce can be a very difficult time when couples are required to make many major decisions. My strength lies in my ability to help analyze our clients’ past, present, and future resources so we can, together, develop a creative settlement and devise a plan to help you attain your future goals. I will create a marital balance sheet that will help you and your partner clearly understand the division of your assets and debts.  In addition, I will calculate child support and where appropriate alimony.  I will also provide you with budgets that you can utilize going forward to ensure your financial security in the future.  Once you execute your Settlement Agreement, I am committed to helping you make your plan a reality by ensuring you have access to our professional network who will be ready to execute your plan.

My background is unique in my field.  As a Chief Financial Officer, I have over 25 years of corporate financial experience where I gained experience in:

  • Forensic Accounting
  • 401K Plans
  • Pension Plans
  • Stock Options
  • Health Savings Accounts
  • Health, Life, and Disability Insurance
  • Preparing and evaluating business financial statements
  • Working through due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
  • Overseeing investment portfolios
  • Managing tax return preparation and filing

I graduated from Clayton State University Cum Laude with a BA in Accounting.  I was the President of the Accounting Club at Clayton State University and the recipient of the Wall Street Journal Student of the Year Award.  I spent 25 years in corporate finance where my last position was Chief Financial Officer for a privately held corporation.  Family circumstances persuaded me to find a healthier balance between my personal and professional life.  I left corporate finance and with a passion to support families in transition, I obtained my Certification as a Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA).  In my role as a CDFA I provide my clients with financial clarity and negotiate equitable settlements that have allowed them to successfully move forward post-divorce.
